Natural fermentation in stainless steel with no added yeast. 20 months ageing in 30hL Slavonian oak, 6 months in bottle before release. No filtering, 3000 bottles produced.
The flagship wine of the estate, heavier clay soil gives nice structure with notes of red berries, violet and spice. This is a wine that speaks softly but leaves a lasting impression, offering complexity without weight. A beautiful discovery for those who love Nebbiolo in its most authentic, unforced form.
